The front-end of decentralized cryptocurrency exchange aggregator 1inch has been hacked, with all decentralized cryptocurrency applications using Lottie Player affected. The hack involves a new version of the npm package that is performing malicious operations. Non-cryptocurrency websites using the service are also sharing malicious content. Blockaid, a cryptocurrency security company, has urged users to avoid interacting with these platforms and recommended a temporary fix of updating to the latest non-malware version of Lottie Player.
