TapSwap, a major player in the tap-to-earn network on Telegram with over 70 million users, has been disappointing users by continually delaying its token generation event (TGE). The delay is said to be necessary in order to develop the ecosystem and give the token utility after the airdrop. The developers have pointed to other tap-to-earn tokens, such as Hamster Kombat and Notcoin, which crashed after their listings. Many holders of "to earn" tokens are interested in making quick profits when they can convert the tokens easily, suggesting that TapSwap and Pi Network tokens could experience a similar crash after their airdrops.
