Broker Bernstein has stated that recent inflows into Ether (ETH) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) suggest that the cryptocurrency's underperformance compared to Bitcoin (BTC) and Solana (SOL) may be coming to an end. The report notes that BlackRock's spot Ether ETF received $250 million in inflows, while its larger spot Bitcoin ETF only received $137 million. Bernstein also highlighted the potential for ETH staking yields to act as a tailwind for the cryptocurrency. The report predicts that under a more crypto-friendly regulatory environment, ETH staking yields could be approved, reaching 4-5%. Additionally, Ethereum's blockchain activity and its status as the platform of choice for asset tokenization and stablecoins contribute to positive demand-supply dynamics for ETH.
