Do Kwon, the founder of Terra, allegedly made multiple cryptocurrency payments from a Montenegro prison after authorities took 72 days to seize his crypto wallet login details and electronic devices. The devices, including laptops and mobile phones, were eventually confiscated, but it is unclear if the alleged transactions can be confirmed. Do had previously fled to Serbia after an arrest warrant was issued, but was later forced out due to media pressure. His extradition to South Korea or the US has yet to be decided.
