SingularityDAO, Cogito Finance, and SelfKey are planning to merge and create Singularity Finance, a project that aims to tokenize the artificial intelligence economy. Singularity Finance will offer a layer-2 network for tokenizing assets and provide AI-powered financial tools. The consolidation will involve merging the existing tokens of SelfKey and Cogito Finance into Singularity Finance's new token, with ratios subject to change based on stakeholder discussions. This merger follows SingularityNET's similar consolidation in June with Fetch.ai and Ocean Protocol to form the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance token.
