CandleFocus Cardano Founder Identifies “Long Overdue” Protocol that Could Massively Improve Cardano

Cardano founder Charles Hoskinson and blockchain developer Andrew Westberg have discussed the implementation of Validation Zones as a top priority for the Cardano blockchain. Westberg believes that addressing UTXO contention and increasing block size would bring crucial improvements to the platform, allowing for faster and more efficient transaction processing. Validation Zones would support the processing of partial, incomplete transactions and improve processes like swaps and decentralized exchange functions. Hoskinson has endorsed the implementation of Validation Zones, acknowledging their importance in improving the Cardano network. The proposal for Validation Zones is part of a Cardano Improvement Proposal and aims to address challenges faced by intent-based interactions on the platform.
