Grayscale Investments is seeking to convert its Digital Large Cap Fund, which comprises Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, XRP, and Avalanche, into an exchange-traded fund (ETF). The New York Stock Exchange has filed a request with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on behalf of Grayscale to convert the fund. Grayscale had previously converted its Bitcoin Trust and Ethereum Trust into spot ETFs after receiving SEC approval.
