The burn rate of SHIB has increased by over 300% in the past 24 hours, with 24,609,003 SHIB coins burned. The weekly burn rate has seen a 60.82% increase, with 89,141,480 SHIB coins burned in the past seven days. There are still 584,187,080,732,459 SHIB coins circulating, with 5,069,933,926,697 SHIB staked. The SHIB team has stated that they do not control the circulating supply and cannot accelerate burns, but instead rely on increasing Shibarium utility to destroy more SHIB coins. So far, they have burned approximately 300,000,000 SHIB coins per month.
