Today, Ripple's CEO, Bradley Garlinghouse, took to Twitter to express his gratitude for the members of the XRP community. In honour of this, the XRP Las Vegas 2023 event was held yesterday, created solely for members of the cryptocurrency's community. Attendees included Garlinghouse himself, CryptoLaw founder attorney John Deaton, and other well-known figures in the XRP world. Such support of Ripple's legal battle against the Securities and Exchange Commission has continued for months, even as XRP saw a massive dip in value due to the lawsuit. Members of the community have shown their support in numerous ways, from posting messages on Twitter to filing amicus curiae briefs through their lawyer, Deaton. It's estimated that more than 3,500 affidavits have been sent to Ripple by XRP supporters, in a mesurable effort to strengthen the company's defence. It is clear that the members of the XRP community are absolutely devoted to their cryptocurrency, and in recognition of their love and support, Bradley Garlinghouse has extend his gratitude.
