YouTuber’s meme coin Unicorn Fart Dust hits $240 million market cap in just 48 hours

YouTuber Ronald Branstetter created a meme coin called Unicorn Fart Dust (UFD) on the Solana blockchain to prove the worthlessness of such tokens. However, within 48 hours of its launch, UFD reached a market value of over $240 million. The token saw a 214% increase in the past 24 hours and reached a market cap of $6,400 after its launch. Branstetter, who owns 1.2% of UFD, sold half of his holdings and pledged to distribute 20% of his profits to his subscribers. Support for the token has grown among the crypto community due to Branstetter's honesty, although concerns about scams and misinformation have been raised. Additionally, a memecoin named after Branstetter's cat, Jasper, surged nearly 1,500% in the last 24 hours.
