Early Shiba Inu Investor Sells 400B SHIB in Latest Dip, Nets $9.59M Profit

An early investor in Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens sold nearly 400 billion tokens and made a $9.59 million profit. Lookonchain, a popular smart money platform, highlighted the transaction. The investor bought 15.28 trillion SHIB tokens in August 2020 for just $3,800, and the value of these tokens reached $1.22 billion at their peak in October 2021. The investor has been gradually selling SHIB tokens, with the latest sale totaling 250 billion tokens. The transactions were made on the Gemini crypto exchange. Despite the sales, the investor still holds 2 trillion SHIB tokens, valued at $48 million. The recent sales coincide with a significant market drop led by Bitcoin. Another user also quickly moved 150 billion PEPE tokens to Binance to mitigate losses from the market crash. They suffered losses on both PEPE and SHIB holdings but still hold all 60 billion SHIB tokens. Both incidents demonstrate investors' caution in the current market conditions.
