Solana (SOL), the third most popular blockchain and second most popular alternative cryptocurrency, has reached a new all-time high in daily transactions. The blockchain saw a 97.8% increase in daily transactions compared to October, reaching a figure of 72.8 million. Interestingly, the increase in transactions was not accompanied by a rise in daily active addresses, suggesting it was due to increased transaction volume from existing users. One of Solana's founders, Raj Gokal, celebrated the milestone with a post on social media. The achievement appears to silence critics who claimed that Solana was "dead." However, it remains to be seen if this performance will translate to price success for the SOL token.
