CandleFocus Semler Scientific Plans Additional $75M To Expand Bitcoin Strategy

Semler Scientific plans to raise $75 million through a private offering of convertible senior notes due 2030. The company aims to use the funds to further expand its Bitcoin strategy and address other financial objectives. The offering also includes an option for initial purchasers to acquire an additional $15 million in notes.
