Cardano (ADA) has made progress towards implementing the Plomin upgrade with the Interim Constitutional Committee (ICC) voting in favor of the hard fork. This indicates broad consensus from the Cardano community and confidence in the proposed changes. The necessary thresholds for the Plomin mainnet hard fork governance action have been met. The mainnet hard fork governance action is expected to be ratified on January 24, 2025, and enacted on January 29, 2025. ADA's price is currently facing resistance at the $1 level, but a sustained move above it could lead to further gains.
