Donald Trump has signed an executive order to establish a Presidential Task Force on Digital Asset Markets, led by the White House's crypto czar, David Sacks. The task force will advise Trump on crypto policy and will specifically research a "strategic national digital asset reserve." While the order did not specify which cryptocurrencies will be included, there is speculation that altcoins like XRP could be considered alongside Bitcoin. Ripple CEO, Brad Garlinghouse, has also advocated for a US crypto reserve that includes a diversification of altcoins.
