Pro-XRP lawyer John Deaton believes that crypto tribalism, which favors certain cryptocurrencies over others, will make a comeback soon. Deaton's comments come after President Donald Trump signed an executive order to form a "crypto asset working group" that will explore the creation of a federal strategic digital currency stockpile. Deaton criticizes the toxic culture of tribalism, where cryptocurrencies and their communities are pitted against each other, and urges the industry to move away from this mentality. He argues that tribalism undermines the progress of the industry and results in unnecessary division.
