Decentralized cloud GPU infrastructure Aethir has launched its Aethir 2.0 update, which introduces new features and improvements to token and governance models. The update makes transactions cheaper and faster using Sophon ZK Chain and expands the multi-chain solution with LayerZero Core. Optimized staking protocols increase AETH rewards, and decentralized governance gives control to the community. Aethir 2.0 significantly increases available GPU resources, managing over 384,000 GPUs and tripling compute power since September 2024. The platform generated $7.6 million in monthly recurring revenue in December 2024, highlighting the growing demand for decentralized GPU computing.
