The number of large investors, known as sharks, on the Bitcoin network has reached a new all-time high, according to data from Santiment. These wallets hold between 100 and 1,000 BTC, with a combined value of $10.5 million to $105 million. The increase in shark-sized wallets could be a bullish sign for Bitcoin, especially as smaller investors, or shrimps and crabs, have also been accumulating the cryptocurrency. These smaller entities have purchased 25,600 BTC in the past month, absorbing almost twice as much supply as miners have produced. Despite Bitcoin's recent sideways movement, the continued interest from large and small investors suggests positive prospects for the future.
