CandleFocus Stellar Development Foundation Unveils 2025 Roadmap—Here’s What’s Next

The Stellar Foundation has released its roadmap for 2025, outlining three primary objectives. The first objective is to enter the top ten decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms by targeting a Total Value Locked (TVL) of $1.5 billion. The foundation plans to support lending, borrowing, and saving protocols, and bridge traditional finance (TradFi) and DeFi. The second objective is to reach 5 million monthly active addresses, with a focus on payment-related activity. The third objective is to reach $3 billion in Real World Assets (RWA) by building a Stellar-first issuance platform and expanding asset classes and use cases. The foundation aims to create a financial infrastructure that provides economic value to businesses, institutions, and consumers.
