Litecoin price is expected to experience a sharp increase as the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has acknowledged CoinShares' application for a Litecoin exchange-traded fund (ETF). Bloomberg analysts had previously estimated a 90% chance of approval for an LTC ETF by 2025 due to its favorable regulatory status with the SEC.
