The SEC has filed a lawsuit against Matthew Moravec, the founder of Thor Token. However, many media outlets mistakenly reported that the lawsuit was against THORChain (RUNE), causing confusion and a temporary fluctuation in the price of RUNE on Binance. The founder of RUNE, John-Paul Thorbjornsen, recently revealed his anonymous identity.
