Cryptocurrency solutions developers Matter Labs have released the testnet version of the zkSync Era, now available with the suite of Oracle solutions from Data Integrity Aggregator (DIA). zkSync Era is built upon the zkRollup protocol and allows transactions to be carried out without needing layers of trust or third-party validation as cryptographic proofs provide security. This makes it cheaper and faster than using Ethereum, while still providing upgradable features.

The developers of zkSync Era are now able to take advantage of DIA’s solutions, which cover a variety of tools and resources to help create better decentralized applications. There are customizable price feeds for over 3 000 tokens, with 18 000 NFT collections to choose from; the developers also have access to DIA’s RNG and LSTs price feeds.

DIA’s proprietary framework is open-source, allowing dApps to access data from both on-chain and off-chain sources to create reliable oracles. This ensures developers have access to the data needed to create their applications as well as crowdsourcing data for the economic outcomes of a project.

According to Marco Cora, Head of Business Development and Ecosystem at Matter Labs, the ability to connect zkSync Era with dependable data sources creates more diverse use cases and improved acceptance. Collaborator and Co-Founder of DIA, Michael Weber, also highlights the benefits of their open-source and customizable data and Oracle framework in connection with zkSync; he believes this will strengthen use cases in DeFi and NFTfi.

The partnership between zkSync Era and DIA will enable developers to experiment with dApps in a secure and cost-effective atmosphere and make use of the customizable price feeds. These feeds are conveniently made accessible to developers, ensuring they offer reliable outcomes for different projects. This allows for smarter financial technologies, creating more diverse and improved use cases for blockchain-based applications.
