Charles Hoskinson, the founder of Cardano, has spoken out against recent speculation of a potential breach of wallets believed to belong to Satoshi Nakamoto, the pseudonymous creator of Bitcoin. The speculation was based on an unsubstantiated report claiming that researchers had cracked eight out of twelve key mnemonics securing Satoshi's Genesis Wallet. However, Hoskinson debunked the report, stating that Satoshi did not use keywords and that the method used to create seed phrases for wallets came out in 2013, years after Satoshi had left the scene. Satoshi Nakamoto's Bitcoin holdings have now surpassed $100 billion, making them one of the world's top 20 richest people. Despite this, Satoshi's identity remains unknown.
