Cryptocurrency exchange OKX has revealed its support for the EOS mainnet upgrade, set to take place on September 25, 2024. In preparation for the upgrade, OKX will temporarily halt EOS token deposits and withdrawals, as well as transactions involving all tokens on the EOS network, starting from 16:00 on the mentioned date. OKX advises users to avoid depositing or withdrawing EOS tokens during the upgrade to ensure the safety of their funds. The exchange also advises investors to be cautious when trading EOS tokens during this period and suggests increasing margins as a risk mitigation strategy. Once the upgraded network is confirmed to be stable, OKX will resume its services without further notice. Users will be notified when the upgrade is complete.
