The development team is implementing approved changes, including the introduction of the Proof of Sustainable Work (PoSW) system. PoSW encourages regular engagement with Better applications by rewarding users with governance tokens based on their activity, making rewards more affordable and fair. The team believes this approach will lead to a more active and engaged user base and streamline the governance process.
