Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) have accumulated over 936,830 BTC, raising the question of whether they will surpass 1 million BTC before 2025. Crossing this threshold would signal market maturity and confidence in Bitcoin as an institutional-grade asset. The inflows into Bitcoin ETFs have been record-breaking, with November 2024 seeing over $6.562 billion in inflows. The long-term nature of these investments removes Bitcoin from circulation, tightening supply and potentially causing a supply shock. The decreasing availability of Bitcoin on exchanges combined with growing institutional interest suggests a potential bull market leading to a $1 million BTC price. Further bullish factors include the potential for a US Bitcoin reserve and the increasing integration of Bitcoin into the broader financial ecosystem.
