CandleFocus Doge Meme Pup Owner's IP Move Could Decide 'Official' Neiro Coin

The team behind Own the Doge, a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Doge meme and its creators, has been granted intellectual property (IP) rights from Atsuko Sato, the owner of Shiba Inu Kabosu and her new dog, Neiro. After Kabosu's passing, Neiro-inspired meme coins began circulating, leading to a battle over which token was the official one. Own the Doge plans to use Sato's blessing and decentralized voting mechanisms to determine the official Neiro meme coin. Atsuko Sato will have veto power over decisions made by the DAO, and she and Own the Doge may choose not to support any Neiro meme coins. Holders of Own the Doge's official token, DOG, will be eligible to vote on Neiro-related resolutions. The votes could significantly impact the value of the Neiro-related meme coins, with one currently having a market capitalization of $663 million.
