CandleFocus Will Altcoins Revive Or Will Bitcoin Hit $120,000? Analytics Company Shares Its Opinion

Options traders have invested $640 million in bets that Bitcoin will reach $120,000 by December 27th, but analysts believe the chances of this happening are slim. Instead, research firm Kaiko suggests focusing on altcoins like XRP and Solana, which have outperformed Bitcoin and Ethereum this year. They believe these altcoins will be winners in the changing regulatory landscape in the US, especially with SEC Chairman Gary Gensler's expected departure. CEO Arthur Azizov predicts XRP could trade between $5 and $7 in the first half of 2025. Despite a recent decline, Solana is up 33% since the election, and analysts remain bullish on its long-term performance, with some predicting it could surpass Ethereum in total value. However, analysts still expect significant growth for Bitcoin and Ethereum, with predictions of $200,000 for Bitcoin by 2025 and $10,000 for Ethereum.
