Ripple has renewed its partnership with NYU Abu Dhabi to support blockchain research and innovation in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Middle East. Through its UBRI program, Ripple has funded scholarships and research projects, with the total funding reaching over $1 million. The partnership aims to integrate blockchain technology into startups and established institutions, foster talent development, and advance digital asset adoption in the region. Ripple's dedication to driving transformative advancements in digital finance and supporting the UAE's vision of becoming a global financial hub is highlighted by this partnership renewal. Ripple has also provided funding to other institutions, including Morgan State University and the National University of Singapore, to support fintech initiatives.
