CandleFocus Ripple CTO Praises Elon Musk's Key Product

David Schwartz, the CTO of Ripple, shared his experience using Elon Musk's Starlink satellite internet service. He was able to join a Zoom call without cell service by installing a Starlink dish on his car's dashboard. Schwartz has criticized Musk in the past but has praised Starlink as an "astonishing success." The internet speed during his Zoom call was 8 Mbps, which he noted was not ideal for the dish's conditions. Starlink has launched thousands of satellites since May 2019 and now has over 4 million customers worldwide. They target areas with poor internet coverage and recently introduced satellite internet on the road and cell service.
