TRON founder Justin Sun has announced that he will buy 100,000 bananas from Mr. Shah Alam's fruit stand in New York's Upper East Side. The bananas will be distributed for free worldwide through Alam's stand. Sun's decision comes after a banana from Alam's stand was auctioned as part of an artwork by Italian artist Maurizio Cattelan for $6.2 million. Sun believes that this gesture will help share the meaning of the art story with more people. He also plans to personally eat one of the bananas on November 29 as part of the unique artistic experience. The report also mentions that Alam, the fruit seller, was shocked and distressed by the artwork's sale.
