GMT price rallies as STEPN GO breaks two Guinness World Records

The price of GMT, the governance token of Find Satoshi Lab (FSL) platform, saw notable gains as altcoins performed well and Bitcoin remained stable above $96,000. GMT's momentum increased as Web3 app STEPN broke two Guinness World Records for the most users to complete a one-mile distance within an hour and a day. STEPN is a move-to-earn project that combines elements of Social-Fi and Game-Fi to promote healthy lifestyles. FSL, the web3 development studio behind STEPN, has other products including Gas Hero, DOOAR, and MOOAR. Additionally, the metaverse sector has experienced a revival with SAND and MANA showing positive price actions. Decentraland announced its 2.0 version, extending accessibility beyond a web browser, and hosted a music event on its improved virtual space. MANA reached six-month highs after a 100% increase in the past 30 days, while SAND gained over 140% in November due to increased metaverse activity. The Sandbox's Alpha Season 4 and the platform's largest reward pool of $2.5 million worth of SAND contributed to the positive performance.
