Do Kwon was leverage in South Korea airport deal, ex-minister claims

The former Justice Minister of Montenegro, Andrej Milović, has alleged that the controversial extradition of Do Kwon to South Korea may have been part of a trade deal that would give South Korea control of Montenegro's airports for 30 years. Milović claims that Prime Minister Milojko Spajić used Do Kwon as a bargaining tool to trade state interests and resources. He suggests that Spajić prepared for months to give France concession over Montenegro's airports but began speaking positively about a South Korean airport deal after the court ruled in favor of Do's extradition. Milović questions whether the extradition was extorted in exchange for the Montenegrin airport concession. The airport concession proposal involving South Korea's Incheon Airport, Corporacion America Airports, and France's Paris Airports has reportedly been in the works for years. Spajić has faced accusations of meeting Do Kwon on multiple occasions and investing in his Terraform/Luna crypto venture. The decision on Do Kwon's extradition now rests with Justice Minister Bojan Božović following the Supreme Court's ruling that the previous rulings were illegal.
