How Botto's AI Algorithm Profits Through NFTs
Author: William BrownThe profit from these sales are split in half; half of the revenue is distributed to BOTTO holders, while the other half is added to the treasury. As of writing, the BOTTO token is trading for $0.1674, down 95% from its peak of $3.72 in October 2021. The genesis artwork for Botto, Asymmetrical Liberation, was minted in the same month, and generated a bid of 79.421 Ethereum (ETH). However, the latest NFTs from the project, Uplifting Outcasts, have not been nearly as successful. Last Saturday, it received a bid of 7.425 ETH; a much smaller amount.
As NFT markets fall, losses of 1000 ETH are being seen each day. It is thought that this is being reflected in the key NFT metrics, such as trading volume, sales, and buyers. All of these are currently at a yearly low. Notably, these downturns in the NFT market have not stopped Botto from generating high profits despite the lower bids. This is just another example of how AI is increasingly shaping the future of creative art.
