Renowned macro trader Raoul Pal has shared some recommendations for navigating crypto collapses. He warns that traders should expect frequent 35% pullbacks on the journey to a new all-time high. He advises against using leverage and falling victim to FOMO, and suggests diversifying the portfolio between 3-5 assets. Pal emphasizes the importance of self-custody wallets and good wallet hygiene, as well as allocating only 10% of the portfolio to high-risk strategies. Traders should focus on holding their riches, zoom out and reduce the noise, while also considering buying the dip. Pal predicts a potential collapse of the Bitcoin (BTC) price to $70,000, following its peak at $109,500 in January.
