CandleFocus Altcoin Market Could Heat Up This Week With $3B Token Unlock Schedule, ONDO Leads the Charge

The altcoin market is expected to experience increased volatility this week as several cryptocurrencies, including Ondo Finance's ONDO token, have billions of dollars worth of supply being released. The weekly unlock calendar, worth $3 billion, is the largest amount since November. Ondo Finance's ONDO token accounts for a significant portion of the unlock, with 1.94 billion ONDO worth $2.23 billion being released on January 18th. This is more than the token's circulating supply and daily trading volume, which may inject volatility into the market. ONDO's price has been declining and is currently at $1.14, the lowest since December 2nd.
