Pro-XRP lawyer Jeremy Hogan predicts that the SEC cases against crypto-related companies, including Ripple, may see significant changes under the Trump administration. Hogan believes that SEC Chair Gary Gensler will step down before Trump's inauguration and a pro-crypto interim head will be appointed, leading to the resolution of non-fraud crypto cases. Hogan speculates that the SEC will settle the Ripple lawsuit with a judgment amount of $125 million and dismiss other ongoing cases. However, he expects these developments to occur before the summer of 2025, rather than in January.
