A crypto trader using the Solana wallet "MNhB" has made over $840,000 by creating and trading hundreds of tokens on the meme coin launchpad Pump.fun. The trader has launched 17,794 tokens over the past three months and has been profitable on 79% of those trades. Pump.fun allows users to create tokens at no cost and trade them almost instantly. If a token reaches a $100,000 market cap, it can be traded outside of Pump.fun, and the token creator receives a reward of 0.5 SOL. The MNhB wallet follows a strategy of launching thousands of tokens in the hopes that one will be successful. However, this strategy has also resulted in missed profits, such as when the token Rapid Response reached a $7.3 million market cap after the trader sold it for a $25 profit. The trader has also received rewards totaling 75 SOL for their tokens graduating. This activity highlights a new way that traders are making money in the meme coin space, creating and trading meme coins.
