Solana's AI Hackathon has resulted in the creation of numerous tokenized projects, but only a small number have maintained strong performance in the market. Out of 82 AI projects, only 27 have a market cap above $1 million. Many AI tokens have experienced significant losses, some dropping over 80% from their all-time high. However, a few tokens like The Hive, Neur, TetsuoAI, JailbreakMe, and FXN have demonstrated resilience and continue to attract investors. Neur and The Hive have garnered institutional interest, signaling confidence in their long-term potential. Investors are shifting their capital away from weaker projects, emphasizing the importance of project fundamentals in the AI sector. Despite challenges, AI innovation on Solana remains active, and institutional interest is growing, favoring projects with real-world applications.
