Cboe BZX Exchange Inc. has submitted new filings on behalf of firms looking to launch spot Solana exchange-traded funds (ETFs). These filings include the necessary 19b-4 submissions for regulatory approval. The SEC's decision on these filings will be set once they are accepted and published in the Federal Register. Last year, initial spot Solana ETF applications were rejected, but with a new Acting Chair at the SEC, there is optimism for approval. Tuttle Capital has also filed for leveraged crypto ETFs, including altcoins and meme coins. Solana's price currently faces resistance after reaching an all-time high.
