Axelar, a Web3 interoperability ecosystem, has announced its integration with Secured Finance, a DeFi protocol, and Squid, a cross-chain swap platform. The integration aims to improve omnichain transactions and cross-chain swaps through the Filecoin Virtual Machine (FVM). This will enhance liquidity and fund transactions within the ecosystem. The integration comes ahead of the release of $USDFC, a stablecoin supported by Filecoin's native token $FIL, in March. Axelar is known for bridging assets across blockchains securely, while Squid provides a user-friendly swap widget. The initiative simplifies cross-chain transfers and aims to enhance DeFi growth and liquidity across blockchain networks.
