Whale Alert, a crypto wallet tracking service, has detected a Bitcoin address that has been inactive for over 14 years. The address contains 50 BTC, equivalent to $3.1 million. The coins date back to the time when Bitcoin creator Satoshi Nakamoto was still actively involved in the Bitcoin development community. Despite being referred to as "Satoshi-era" wallets, it is unlikely that these transactions are linked to Nakamoto. However, there has been a recent increase in the activation of ancient Bitcoin wallets, potentially suggesting activity related to Satoshi or someone associated with them.
