Jarett Dunn, also known as Stacc, is seeking to withdraw his guilty plea for an attack on Solana token launchpad Pump.fun. He was an employee of Pump.fun at the time and claimed that he wanted to "kill" the protocol because it had "inadvertently hurt people for a long time." Dunn's legal team has quit the case following his request to vacate the guilty plea. If accepted, Dunn may face more time in prison. He now has two weeks to find new representation for a hearing in which he will seek to change his plea. There is a chance that the court will reject his request. Despite the challenges, Dunn sees the fight as worthwhile and believes there are undisclosed details that give him hope going into a potential trial. Dunn has a cultlike following on Twitter and has been transparent about his mental health struggles and addiction.
