Neo SPCC has released NeoFS node v0.45.0, which removes limits on the quantity of storage nodes and improves search capabilities. The update includes an updated network map structure to eliminate the previous limit of approximately 320 storage nodes. It also introduces the ObjectService.SearchV2 API for better search functionality. Other enhancements include new commands for distributed setting management, improved write-cache efficiency, and various bug fixes. The upgrade has been deployed on the NeoFS TestNet, with a MainNet upgrade planned in two weeks. Node operators upgrading from v0.44.2 should consider changes related to rule targets and database migration. The original network map will continue to be used by default until the network-wide setting is adjusted.
