Peter Brandt, an old-school commodities trader, believes that for Bitcoin to reach $200,000 by the end of the decade, it needs to surpass its parabolic resistance line. Brandt shared a chart showing the trajectory of Bitcoin's price since 2012, highlighting the pattern of price peaks followed by significant corrections, each lasting around one to two years. He suggests that unless Bitcoin can break through this resistance line, it is unlikely to reach the desired price level. However, Samson Mow, a prominent Bitcoin maximalist, outlined six key drivers that could potentially push Bitcoin to $1 million per coin, including institutional accumulation, strategic Bitcoin reserves, the rebasing of the U.S. dollar to Satoshis, nation-states adopting Bitcoin, and the demonetization of gold.
