Montenegro's Constitutional Court has granted a request to delay the extradition process of Do Kwon, suspending the Supreme Court's ruling and allowing Kwon to appeal the decision further. Kwon's legal team filed an appeal against the Supreme Court's ruling, and the Constitutional Court has deferred the execution of the extradition until its final decision. This is the third time Kwon's extradition has been delayed and marks his sixth appeal. The Minister of Justice, Bojan Božović, had previously announced that he had decided where to extradite Kwon but has not yet revealed the location.
