Morpheus, a blockchain project focused on decentralizing artificial intelligence (AI), has announced that it is now live and operational. The project aims to tackle issues such as centralization, censorship, and monopolistic control of AI data. Morpheus is part of a network of decentralized AI projects, including Bittensor, dAIOS, and Boltzmann Network. It recently joined the Decentralized AI Society, which is dedicated to challenging the dominance of tech giants in the AI industry. Morpheus is built on the Lumerin codebase and runs on the Arbitrum blockchain, which is a layer-2 solution on top of Ethereum. The project promises to provide personal AI agents that can execute smart contracts and connect to users' Web3 wallets, DApps, and smart contracts.
