He accused them of spreading false narratives and not admitting their mistakes when proven wrong. Bukele also mentioned the return of metallic mining to the country and stated that critics would always come up with new arguments against it. Despite facing pressure from institutions like the IMF, El Salvador has continued with its bitcoin initiatives and has reportedly earned over $300 million in profits from bitcoin investments and green energy mining.
