Bitcoin (BTC) experienced a recovery, climbing back to $88,900 after a dip earlier in the day. The wider cryptocurrency market also rebounded, erasing double-digit losses. Ethereum (ETH) and BNB also saw gains of 2.5% and 2.87% respectively. XRP and Solana (SOL) also experienced increases, while Cardano (ADA) saw an 11% jump. The recovery follows a week of volatility triggered by market factors, including President Donald Trump's announcement of a US "Crypto Strategic Reserve." However, concerns about centralization and reactionary tariffs caused cryptocurrencies to retrace their earlier gains. At present, Bitcoin is ranked #1 by market cap and has a market capitalization of $1.74 trillion.
