Bitcoin's surge to record highs earlier this week is expected to boost miners' profitability in December, according to a report by investment bank Jefferies. The report stated that Bitcoin mining economics improved in November, with the average price of bitcoin rising by 31% and the average network hashrate increasing by almost 4%. U.S.-listed miners mined less bitcoin in November compared to the previous month, but they accounted for 24.7% of the total network. MARA Holdings and CleanSpark were the top miners in November. The report also highlighted improved uptime, potentially due to colder temperatures.
